We grow our fresh Lion's Mane mushrooms right here in Essex in our purpose-built space, offering a meaty, tender texture that beautifully mimics lobster or crab. Perfect for pan-searing, it absorbs flavours and makes a stunning centrepiece for chefs and home cooks alike.

"Not all mushroom supplements are made the same"
Most commercial Lion's Mane is sold in dry capsule form. However, capsules typically use powdered, unextracted mushroom biomass - which is mostly starch filler.
Fungal cell walls are made of tough chitin, which the human digestive tract cannot easily break down without help.
Our small-batch liquid tincture undergoes a rigorous extraction process.
By using a double extraction method, we break through these tough cell walls before it reaches you. This transforms the active functional compounds into a highly bioavailable liquid that your body can easily absorb and utilise immediately.

Welcome to our photo journal! Long before we perfercted our dual-extract Lion's Mane mushrooms and tinctures, we were just hobbysist obsessed with growing the most beautiful gourmet Oyster mushrooms for our own kitchen and a handful of friends and family.
When local Essex farm shops saw the quality of our harvests, they demanded a steady supply - and that's when everything changed.
